Advanced Fancybox
The new version brings to the plugin a list of options. Actually all the options that fancybox has to offer(padding,
imageScale , zoomOpacity , zoomSpeedIn , zoomSpeedOut , zoomSpeedChange , easingIn , easingOut , easingChange frameWidth , frameHeight , overlayShow , overlayOpacity , hideOnContentClick , centerOnScroll , itemArray , callbackOnStart , callbackOnShow , callbackOnClose ).
All of these have a function in the admin panel page under settings named Advanced Fancybox. You can see an example of the page in the Screenshots section of the plugin in wordpress.org

it’s a pity that die Plugin doesn’t work with the Germany Version of Word Press and TinyMNC Advanced.
Give me links to what you have downloaded and are using.. i will make it work!
I downloadet Advanced Fancybox 1.1 from your side.
I installed it on WP 2.8.2 DE Edition but the Insertbutton are not shown in the TinyMCE Editor (and TinyMCE Advanced also).
Work with WP DE Edition?
I installed the German WP Version 2.8.3
Same problem here. In IE7 I don´t even see the button for Fancy Box. In FF the button is there, the window pops up, but the “insert”-button does not really do anything. If you fix that, could you drop me a note. Would be highly appreciated.

I love the fancybox effect, and your plugin makes it easy to use. But I have two problems. I’m using WP 2.8.1, and when Advanced Fancybox is activiated, the “More” tag no longer works. Also, I’m not getting the shadow effect around the border of the image… just a solid line.
I’d love to buy you several beers if you can help me make this work with the “More” tag and get the shadow working. Otherwise, it’s an awesome plugin!
@Dairrell & @Dave: In the next 2 weeks I will make a update on this plugin that will solve all the problems that you mentioned and will make the plugin even better. Right now i am busy with something else so all I can say is please wait as i promiss I will take care of all the issues soon.

PS: you can use WP_PLUGIN_URL instead of get_option(‘home’).’/wp-content/plugins/…
I don’t have plugins folder inside wp-content, so I had to modify the code.

Can you use this plugin if you have turned off the visual editor in your WP ADMIN?

Sometimes I have blog episodes that have carefully-formatted text. Unfortunately, when I have your plugin activated, my text (even on posts that do not use Fancybox) will have <br /%gt; tags inserted at the line breaks, which ruins everything.
The data looks correct in the database, it’s when the text is retrieved and displayed that the markup is added.
It was only by accident that I discovered that your plugin was responsible for adding the extra markup, but until I can turn that behavior off I can’t use Advanced Fancybox. I hope that’s not a big problem for you to implement, because I think your plugin is otherwise really cool.
Just wanted to let you know that when you that this plug-in active and you are using a form (mm forms plugin) at least locally (all ive tested thus far) it interferes with that plugin. idk why… any help?
Correction. The problem is there externally as well. anyone know anything. this plugin is just what i was looking for but this error could ruin it for me!

Hi, can’t you make it work for all images in post like lightbox2 does? it’s a sigle instruction $(‘.size-thumbnail’).attr(‘rel’, ‘lightbox’); or something like

Does this work with QuickTime movies?
Will not open a lighbox window. Just open external webpage over the current window.
